Description

We are recruiting for Chef de Parti's staff for our busy back of house areas.

As well as regular race dates, Epsom hosts a range of private and corporate events throughout the year. Work is available at weekend and weekday race fixtures, as well as evening events.

You must be able and willing to work as part of a busy team and ready to follow instructions quickly and precisely.

You must also be ready to work in an active environment.

Requirements

* A hard-working attitude and be prepared for a challenge.
* You should be qualified to NVQ level 3 or equivalent and hold a valid Basic Food Hygiene certificate
* Good communication skills are required and able to work in a busy environment.

Applicants must live within travelling distance of Epsom Downs. Own transport preffered due to some late finish shifts.
