Group Leaders have responsibility for the welfare of a particular age group of children at camp both during and outside activity times. Group Leaders also instruct initiative games / non-specialist activities and assist Activity Instructors with specialist activities throughout the day. Group Leaders have additional roles including monitoring the welfare needs of individual children, equipment preparation and various camp operational duties.

Requirements

• Are you 18 to 20 years old? 
• It is preferred but not essential, as full training is provided, that Group Leaders hold a minimum of a Level 2 childcare qualification e.g CACHE, NNEB, NCFE, NVQ, NNOCN, C&G or have basic experience of working within a childcare environment.
• Applicants must be UK/EU citizens or have a valid UK work permit.
