The summer season is nearly over now however we still have a few short term contracts available!
Sunsail is one of the world's leading sailing and watersports holiday companies. Whether our guests are looking for action on the water, activities ashore or simply to relax in the sun, our Beach Clubs provide them with everything they could ask for. A wide range of watersports, the finest food and drink, health and beauty treatments and our fantastic Kids Clubs ensure that everyone has a holiday to remember.
As a Watersports Instructor (Dinghy, Windsurf or Waterski) you will work closely with guests providing advice, assistance and instruction to ensure everyone gets the most out of their holiday, whatever their level of sailing experience.
During the course of the week, you will run RYA courses, conduct short briefings/clinics, carry out beach duties - including rigging, de-rigging, launch and recovery of boats and provide safety boat cover.
As a member of the team, you will assist in welcoming guests, take part in activities and events e.g. quiz night, prize giving and join guests for dinner in the evening.

To apply for this role, you are required to hold a relevant RYA Instructors qualification (or BWSF).
You also need to be confident, hardworking, sociable, a team player and have strong customer service skills. |
