Description
Do you want to be part of one of London's new premier catering teams working on major events at Wembley National Stadium?

Would you enjoy the challenge of managing and motivating a team to deliver excellence in hospitality worldwide?

Do you have the ability to go beyond customer expectation?

As a Supervisor you will be responsible for managing and motivating a team of staff in your area of responsibility.

You will

* Possess great customer service focus and be committed to delivering excellence in hospitality within a fast paced dynamic team
* Ensure customer waiting periods are kept to a minimum
* Monitor presentation and appearance of staff to ensure consistently high standards are maintained
* Be a team player with a strong ability to give and take direction
* Ensure Company Health and Safety policies are adhered to
* Assist staff at optimum timings and ensure specified meal timings are adhered to

Requirements
Previous Team Leader experience and numeracy/literacy skills are essential, however training will be provided.
