Description
Do you want to be part of one of London's new premier catering teams working on major events at the Wembley National Stadium?
As an Assistant Hospitality Manager you will:
* Possess great customer service focus and will be committed to delivering excellence in hospitality with a fast paced dynamic team
* manage and supervise hospitality staff in your area of responsibility, to provide outstanding customer service
* be responsible for acknowledging and acting upon individual customer needs, dealing with customer comments, taking the appropriate action, and ensuring staff maintain high standards of customer service and presentation
* be aware of and adhere to legal and company regulations and ensure the necessary records and documentation are completed
* demonstrate strong team leadership skills and the ability to communicate at all levels.
Requirements
Proven experience in supervising and leading teams in a pressurised environment is essential.
Knowledge of the hospitality industry is also very important, so experience in this field is required.
