Description
Kingswood Educational Activity Centres are market leaders in the provision of residential ICT, Adventure and Field Study Courses to Primary and Secondary Schools throughout the UK. We are currently seeking a Group Watersports Co-ordinator as we prepare to expand our existing watersports programme across the UK.

Ideal candidates will be experienced Watersports Instructors looking for the next step on the career ladder. With experience of managing a team, candidates will demonstrate a successful track record of achievement and be able to work in a fast paced demanding environment as well as being resourceful, creative and results orientated.

Requirements
The successful candidate will be a BCU Level 3 Coach Sea or a BCU Level 3 Coach with 4* Sea as a minimum. The qualification also needs to be valid with a current first aid qualification.

You will be based at our Colomendy centre in North Wales but also have responsibility for the delivery of our Watersports programme across all relevant centres, including training and development of staff which will entail a certain amount of travel and flexibility.
