Spend your summer leading sports activities in Spain!

ModLang offer Summer vacancies for Sports and Swimming Instructors who enjoy working with children, on their Intensive English and Sports Course for Spanish children, aged 5 to 18. Activities include games, PE, outdoor pursuits such as mountain bike and watersports such as canoeing!

Contracts are of 2 to 8 weeks duration but most staff are required between 18th June and 15th July and some for 16th July to 12th August, so availability for these dates is an advantage. Positions are full-time from Monday to Friday with weekends free. Since the course is essentially non-residential, Teachers are accommodated in shared apartments in the city centre arranged for them by ModLang. Transport to school and meals are included for teachers on working days.

Requirements

The positions are ideal for both those who are new to teaching, to gain valuable experience during their Summer holidays and also for more experienced teachers.

Successful applicants should have degree-level education and specific qualifications for Sports but may come from a wide range of backgrounds and disciplines such as PGCE graduates, PE teachers, Sports Coaches or Swimming/Watersports Teachers, whose native tongue is English.

Interviews are held in cities around the UK and Ireland in March and April.
