If you’re mad about cricket and want to pass on your enthusiasm and love of the game to children, then coaching at Michael Vaughan Cricket could be for you.
The head coach has overall responsibility for the day to day running of the camp. Their primary role is to lead and inspire their staff team to achieve high levels of care, coaching, organisation and health and safety.
It's so good that many children aged 5-12yrs return year after year. We actively seek to reward staff by promoting from within our teams, staff satisfaction is high and many return year after year |

Minimum ECB Level 2. Experience of staff management, extensive experience of coaching cricket and working with children aged 5 upwards. Fun, vibrant and confident personality. Excellent organisation and leadership skills. |
