Working as a Kids/Staff Chef at Mark Warner allows you to use and develop your professional skills in fun and adventurous surroundings. You’ll be part of a young and dynamic team, preparing quality meals from our menu repertoire for our guests and staff alike.
As with all kitchens, the work can be demanding and you’ll need to be dedicated. However, you’ll find the Mark Warner environment provides a fantastic opportunity to work hard and play hard!
We require Kids/Staff chefs to work along side a team of local chefs. This will involve ensuring all meals are cooked to the required Mark Warner standards, Health and Hygeine records are correctly maintained and the necessary support is given to each of the sections as/when required etc.
We actively encourage development and progression during each season and there is always opportunity to work your way up through consecutive seasons. Many of our Head Chefs have worked their way up in this way. |

You must be professionally qualified with experience within an A La Carte environment. Please note the Basic Food Hygeine Certificate is essential.
All applicants must have an EU passport, UK residential address and permanent British National Insurance number. |
