To work on our waterfront it takes outstanding Instructors qualified in sailing.

As a member of the waterfront team you will be working with the best crew and using the latest craft and equipment to lead daily sailing sessions.

If you have what it takes we offer sponsored RYA training courses at the UKSA and also BWSF instructors courses for you to further your qualifications as a part of our new Mark warner Performance Pathway, and on the job training that will lead you on to a successful watersports career.

Requirements

RYA Dinghy Instructor (or above), RYA Powerboat Level 2, ICC and first aid qualifications essential.

You must have an EU passport, UK residential address and permanent British National Insurance number.
