Description
As a Senior Watersports Instructor you will play a key part in ensuring that our groups have a fantastic holiday and our Activity Instructors are motivated and focused on the water!

What You'll Be Doing

You'll have the freedom to do what you do best..managing and developing a small team of Activity Instructors ensuring that they plan and deliver quality waterbased ctivities to groups of children in a safe, enjoyable and professional manner.

You'll also liase with Head Office and Teachers/Party Leaders, providing activity timetables and information prior, during and post the groups stay. In addition, you will be responsible for staff rotas, training and performance management.

As a senior team member, you'll work with colleagues to ensure that your Centre operates to the quality standards expected you'll also get involved in other aspects of running the Centre.

Requirements
What We're Looking For:

You'll have experience of instructing - preferably groups of children. You'll also hold a Level 2 or 3 Kayaking qualification and 4 Star Canoe Leaders Award.

Just as important you'll be a motivator, confident with excellent communication skills.
