Centre Manager/Sales Advisor

This role will involve both work in France and the UK – from April – September you will be responsible for the running of one of our French activity centers, from September – April you will join our Sales team in our UK head office.

Center Manager – France – 

The centre manager is ultimately responsible for the smooth running of all areas of the centre, leading to happy, safe clients who want to return year after year.
Providing professional leadership to the Centre’s staff.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

• Personnel 
• Overall supervision of activities 
• Safety
• Overseeing all maintenance, including equipment. 
• Liaising with domestic teams, such as the chef in order to provide high quality menu.
• Administration, including accounts, bookings, reports, orders, records and weekly schedules

Sales Advisor – UK – (September –April)

As a sales advisor you will work closely with the individual sales and school sales teams, ensuring that customers are given information as and when required and that bookings are processe dand completed where necessary.

RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: 

• Working as part of the Sales team – taking and processing bookings for individuals and assisting in school bookings.
• Advising clients on courses, holidays and any other aspects of Rockley that may be required.
• Working as part of the office team undertaking day to day jobs as and where required, e.g.,post, and the handling of both incoming sales calls and make outgoing sales calls.
• Develop knowledge of the product range.
• Carry out any other duties required by the Company.
