The Academies offer a unique cricketing experience and develops individual cricketers to do this with a big smile on their face. The Academy creates an environment where children can learn by having fun and the freedom to express themselves as cricketers. Requirements

We require outgoing and highly motivated, qualified cricket coaches to work on the prestigious Academies. Individuals should have a sound cricket knowledge and above all be enthusiastic and outgoing in their coaching approach to reflect the way Andrew Flintoff plays cricket. They should be professional in appearance and in the way they deal with people as well as reliable and passionate about cricket and coaching.

We offer good rates of pay, full training and the guarantee of a fun packed Easter and summer working on our camps!

ECB Cricket Level One or Higher is Required.
