Forget sandpits and paddling pools. Our young holidaymakers get the real thing. Mile after mile of beautiful beach and clear, blue seas to splash around in.

You will have some experience looking after kids, but believe us, you’ve never experienced a childcare role as rewarding and satisfying as this.

Join us from April to October, and you’ll be placed in one of the world’s most beautiful holiday destinations as part of our KidsWORLD team. Your job will be to make sure our young customers have as much fun as possible, which could include anything from team games and fancy dress competitions to our very popular chocolate parties.

Whether you’re in Crèche or a KidsWORLD Club session, you’ll provide a safe environment that parents/guardians can trust in. You can even work through the winter if the thought of the dreary UK weather doesn’t appeal.

Requirements

We are looking for childcare workers with experience and enthusiasm.

Non-qualified staff can work a summer season with Thomas Cook as a KidsWORLD Rep and gain a qualification for life, work towards an NVQ Level 3 in Playwork. You must have 6 months experience working with children in a professional environment.

Or maybe you have already spent plenty of time caring for children and have a professional childcare qualification. If you do hold a CACHE, NNEB, SNNB, SCCB, BTEC National Diploma in Childhood Studies, HNC in Childcare, NVQ 3 or equivalent, you would work with children from six months through to eleven years.
