Description
Are you interested in teaching English to overseas students? Do you have excellent administrative skills or experience of coordinating Trinity College GESE exams? Can you handle a class of 15 demanding teenagers?

As a Senior Teacher you will be required to teach English and assist the Trinity Coordinator with the administration and preparation for the Trinity College London GESE exams. You will be working a full day which will include half a day of teaching and half a day of administration.
International Quest operates centres throughout the UK and our academic staff are a key part of our success. When teaching, you will be provided with our full support including teachers’ handbooks, syllabuses, daily class plans and a wide variety of teaching materials to assist in organising your classes. You will be responsible for planning/teaching of classes and all related administrative tasks for which we have allocated time.
Requirements
- Native or native level English speaker
- TEFL qualified with either CELTA/Trinity TESOL (min 6 hours TP and 100 hours theory) or PGCE in English or Modern Foreign Languages
- Clear and confident communication skills
- Flexible and adaptable
- Able to motivate and encourage
- Good administrative and coordinating skills
Desirable:
- Ability to prepare students for topic based presentations
- Experience of exam preparation
- Previous knowledge of summer schools
- Previous experience working with minors
- Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail
- Strong time management and planning
- Proven ability to work well in a team
