Do you want to spent a summer enjoying the beautiful region of Normandy, France? TravelBound is a tour operator specialising in group travel for schools and adults.

As well as an extensive worldwide hotel program, TravelBound operate a Chateau in Normandy, North/West France.The Chateau is surrounded by 38 acres of land and is located near the village of Molay Littry. The Chateau has 40 bedrooms (sleeps up to 200 people) with meeting rooms, library, games room, lounge area and bar. There is an outdoor heated swimming pool (open from May), tennis court, football and rugby pitch.The grounds of the Chateau are also used for adventure activities such as bivi building and archery.

What You'll be Doing

As an Assistant Manager you will support the profitable day-to-day running of the Chateau, ensuring company standards are adhered to and deputising in the absence of the Chateau Manager. You'll have daily contact and public relations with all groups and play a big part in managing the smooth operation of the restaurant and bar service. Just as important you will inspire and develop the Chateau staff by providing regular training and support. Leading from the front you'll show them exactly how to provide exceptional customer service.

Requirements

With proven bar and restaurant experience at a supervisory level, you'll be confident with excellent motivational skills. You'll also be a team player with good time management skills and speak conversational French. If this sounds like you...we would love to hear from you!
