Energetic managers required!
Churchill House Centre Managers/Directors of Studies (£450-£525) are responsible for the smooth running of all aspects of the centre and are able to demonstrate exceptional leadership qualities in the demanding, yet highly rewarding environment of a residential summer school.
Centre Managers are supported by a team from head office, led by the Summer Centres Director, to ensure the availability of resources required to implement the high standards of customer care that Churchill House clients expect. The DoS is responsible for academic quality and class planning.
Team building, diplomacy, effective implementation of procedures are all central to the position of centre manager, but above all Centre Managers must have boundless energy and a sense of humour. |

You should have:
* Previous summer school residential experience
* Effective management skills
* Previous experience of working with overseas students
* Excellent organisational skills
* Effective financial management skills
* The DoS would need a DELTA or equivalent. |
