The Rubens at the Palace is a beautiful four star deluxe hotel located in the heart of London’s Victoria. This hotel accommodates two restaurants offering the finest of traditional cuisine.

Requirements

For the Commis Chef role, you should have previous experience in a hotel or restaurant of a similar standard or have recently gained a qualification in food preparation or equivalent.Knife skills, outgoing personality and positive attitude are desirable.

You should also have the drive to succeed and the passion for cooking.
