We are looking to recruit RYA Qualified Senior Activity Instructors who will be responsible for the delivery of activity sessions to our guests at our centres in Ardres, Northern France (Pas de Calais) and Cala Llevado, Spain (Costa Brava).
These roles are ideal for experienced activity instructors with a proven supervisory background. Reporting to the Activity Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of the Sailing activities (also Windsurfing in Spain), from training and monitoring the instructional staff team to regular checks of activity equipment.
You must have high standards, be highly motivated and have excellent people skills. We expect our staff to deliver excellent customer service to our guests, whilst delivering fun and safe taster activity sessions.
As part of the role, you will also be required to interact daily with the guests and get involved in all aspects of centre life from cleaning and serving at meal times to site work.
Requirements
Dependent on centre:
- RYA Senior Dinghy / Windsurf Instructor
- First Aid
- 21+ yrs old preferable for Senior Instructor positions
All of our staff participate in a comprehensive induction & training programme at centre and there are pre and post-season training opportunities to gain NGB qualifications in different activities. We are looking for people who can commit to working the full season.
All applicants must have a UK/EU passport, UK residential address, a permanent UK National Insurance number and a UK bank account. A current Enhanced CRB Disclosure is required for successful applicants.
