Description
We are looking for an experienced person to provide full time operational supervision of the Hinksey Pool centre, under the direction of the Operations Manager and to contribute to the development of centre programmes to maximise usage and income, and to achieve customer service delivery objectives, in accordance with policies and procedures. This is a temporary contract, from April-September 2012.
Requirements
- First Aid at Work Certificate
- Current NPLQ
- Previous duty management experience, sales knowledge and poolside operational experience
- Understanding of membership management and retention systems
- Experience of supervising a team including training, development, appraisals, conduct management and motivating staff.
- Experience of keyholding duties and responsibilities.
- Excellent oral, numerical, written skills and competent on word and excel
