Are you passionate about yachting and the open sea? Do you have the skills and experience to join Yacht Week’s team of Skippers? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! Quarterdeck is the home of Yacht Week’s Academy and is looking for enthusiastic Skippers to join us for a 8 day intensive training programme on the waters of Croatia in preparation for a summer of a lifetime. 

Skippers
Whether you're an experienced sailor or only just passed your Yacht Master, Yacht Week Academy offers a unique opportunity to hone your seamanship skills. Guided by experienced mentors, you'll learn to handle a yacht with confidence, mastering the art of sailing, navigation, and anchoring. Whilst gaining practice on how to expertly manoeuvre your vessel through the open sea, build circle rafts and sail in the worlds most unique flotilla.

What’s in it for you?
You'll develop essential leadership and teamwork skills as you coordinate your crew, make strategic decisions, and ensure everyone's safety. Turning your weaknesses into strengths we will make sure that over the course of the academy you will gain the experience to navigate the nautical industry and be ready to venture out on the waters next summer.
