As our Hospitality Manager, you will manage the performance and day-to-day operation of our food and beverage department ensuring the highest level of service from our team and achieving all financial objectives.

To join the Neilson Active Holidays team, you must be over the age of 18 and in order for us to acquire the necessary legal paperwork required to place you in an overseas position you must:
- Hold a valid UK, EU, EEA or Swiss passport
- Hold a UK National Insurance number
- Currently be registered to a fixed address within England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland
Qualifications & Experience:
- Detailed food and beverage knowledge
- Management experience in a restaurant and/or bar
- A good understanding and experience with budgeting, forecasting and expenses
- HACCP qualification
- Previous overseas experience (desirable)
- Educated to at least GCSE standard or equivalent
