Go Ape are looking for a new Site Manager for their site in Crathes, Aberdeen.

We need hard working and friendly adventure types with a passion for customer care that ensures each customer who visits, receives an experience to remember! Go Ape offers physically and mentally challenging fun, laughter and adventure in, around and up in the trees. If you feel as strongly as we do about living life more adventurously then this could be the perfect environment for you to work in.

Each site requires an experienced Manager who is responsible for the safe and efficient running of the site. This includes all aspects of the operation:

You will recruit, train and lead of a team of up to thirty instructors and then ensure that the team delivers a standard of customer service that exceeds expectations and a product that surprises and delights our customers.

You will devise and maintain Local Marketing initiatives in conjunction with the development and growth of the business itself; building local relationships and opportunities to ensure the success of the their site.

Go Ape prides itself in providing an enjoyable, engaging and fun environment to work in but ultimately the manager is responsible for safety: safe staff, safe customers, safe equipment and a safe course.


This is a dynamic and exciting role for someone with relevant
experience and knowledge, who is self-motivated and can lead a team
to meet any challenges this multi-faceted position presents.
