Description

PGL's overseas centres are vibrant, fast-paced, working environments and our Overseas HR Administrators ensure their smooth running.

As an Overseas HR Administrator you will play a key part in the overall organisation of centre life for both guests and staff. Working alongside a Finance Administrator, you will provide administrative and linguistic support to the centre and ensure that the company HR and financial systems are in place.

Your role will be fun and varied and you will work with a close team of staff. Working at one of our beautiful European centres will offer you unique challenges dependent on location. This is the perfect role for someone looking to utilise language skills in a working environment.

Requirements

As an Overseas Administrator it is essential that you have a degree level Spanish or equivalent; it would also be an ideal role for native Spanish speakers. Essentially, you must be comfortable using the language on a day to day basis, including on the telephone.

You will also have previous experience in an administration based role with excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team delivering results.

The nature of the role means you must be able to meet deadlines and be discreet and efficient with confidential and sensitive information. The role will require you to have some computer competency and experience using Microsoft programmes and web based systems would be advantageous. 

A full Driving Licence and previous experience in an HR role are desirable, but not essential.
