We are looking for Qualified and Non-Qualified Lifeguards to join our Rutland Water Park this summer, working on the beach and taking a vigilant approach protecting the lives of our visitors. We will be providing training with the role, so don’t worry we won’t throw you in the deep end.

Once training has been completed you will be responding with urgency and efficiency to any swimmers and visitors in distress. Providing first-class service to all visitors whilst observing and supervising them to ensure beach and park rules are observed.

We welcome hundreds of visitors at Rutland Water Park every year (2020 has left the chat), and we would love to continue tradition summer 2021 by giving people a place to spend time with their family outside of their four walls.
